Colburn Café lives inside the Colburn School at 200 S Grand Ave — a place where the architecture is intentional, the coffee is sourced with care, and the pace is yours to set.

We open at 7 a.m. for the pour-over crowd and stay until 11 p.m. for those who prefer their coffee black and their cocktails with a story. The menu changes with the seasons; the attention to detail does not.
